Brexit Lawsuit reignites the Anti Brexit Lobby

On October 13th Gina Miller, a London-based investment manager for the firm SCM Private, took legal action against the Government in High Court arguing the case that the Government does not have the prerogative power to trigger article 50 absent parliamentary approval.
